    Chicken Breasts with Accidental Sauce - part 2

    Recipe Introduction


    This sauce can be served over chicken or pasta.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans (12 ounces each) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    • 2 minced garlic cloves
    • chopped parsley
    • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
    • 3/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup chicken stock or broth
    • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Put all the ingredients except the grated cheese in a saucepan. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes, then process in a food processor or blender until smooth. Then put back into saucepan, add the cheese and heat. Add more chicken broth or stock if necessary to thin sauce.
