    Chicken Parmesan

    This comes from a local newspaper.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1- 1 1/4 lbs. chicken tenders
    • 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a 10 inch frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning, about 8 minutes or until chicken is brown on both sides. Drain excess oil.


    2. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken. Top with slices of olives. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and sauce is bubbly.
    3. Sprinkle Parmesan over all. Cover and let sit until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.

    Serves 4
    Serve with garlic bread and a tossed salad.
