    Spiced -Cranberry Relish

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound fresh cranberries
    • 1 medium apple, peeled & cored
    • 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
    • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
    • 1/2 cup honey


    Instructions


    1. Put cranberries and apple through blender or food chopper. Use some juice if blending. add pineapple and spices. Blend throughly, then blend in honey.
    2. Store in covered dish in refrigeratior for at least 6 hours before serving.
