This is a low fat recipe and pretty good.

    List of Ingredients

    • 3 pounds ready-to-serve, boneless smoked turkey breast, in one piece
    • 4 large celery stalks
    • 1 3-to-4 ounce can pecans (about 1 cup)
    • 1/2 cup dijon mustard with seeds
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 pound seedless red grapes

    Instructions

    1. About 30 minutes before serving or early in day:
    2. Cut turkey breast into 1 inch chunks. Cut celery stalks into 1/4 inch slices. Coarsely chop pecans.
    3. In large bowl, mix mustard, honey, and vinegar.
    4. Add turkey, celery, and pecans to dressing and toss to coat well. Spoon turkey salad into serving bowl and arrange grapes around salad. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.
