    List of Ingredients


    • 1-2 large heads of escarole
    • 2-3 cloves garlic
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1-2 cans Progresso Cannellini beans
    • chicken broth - 1 can


    Instructions


    1. Clean and drain escarole in large pot.
    2. Sprinkle oil over escar. (15-20) minutes. ole.
    3. Addd seasoning and crushed garlic.If desired, a head of cut up cabbage may be mixed in.
    4. When escarole is cooked, add beans and broth.
    5. Stir and let simmer a while
    6. Serve with bread.
