Tortellini Spinach Soup

List of Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 can (48 ounces) College Inn Chicken broth
- 1 package frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cans (14 ounce) stewed tomatoes, undrained, cut into pieces
- grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in butter for 1 - 2 minutes. Add broth and tortellini. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer tortellini 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes longer.
- Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
