Chinese Style Cabbage
We all know that the cruciferous vegetables are good for us, well here is a good recipe for cabbage.
List of Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 head cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in skillet. Drop in vegetables; stir well. Cover tightly. Steam 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring several times. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
