Mummy's Collards

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound collards (washed and chopped)
- 2 or 3 coloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon tumeric
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat the oil, brown garlic and cumin
- Add collards, tumeric, salt and cayenne pepper to the oil.
- Mix well and cover. In 15 - 20 minutes collards will be tender.
- Squeeze the lemon onto collards. Let cook 5 minutes.
- Eat with Pita or with any roasted meat.
