    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1/2 lb. Feta cheese
    • 2 cups bisquick
    • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
    • 1 pkg frozen spinach


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Beat eggs. Add milk, bisquick, and spinach to the eggs Mix well.
    3. Pour into a 9x 13 inch pan.
    4. Top with 1/2 pound of feta cheese, either slicedd or crumbled.
    5. Drizzle melted butter over top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
