    Strawberry Pizza

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1-1/3 cup Flour
    1/2 cup shortening
    3 Tblspoons Ice Water

    Cream Cheese Filling:
    1 cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    8 oz. Cream Cheese

    Strawberry Filling:
    1 box Strawberries, stemmed and sliced
    1 cup Water
    1 cup Sugar
    2 or 3 drops Red Food Coloring
    3 heaping Tblspoons Cornstarch

    Recipe



    Press pie crust into Pizza Pan, will be twice as thick as for pie. Bake enough to set. Spread on Cream Cheese Filling and Bake at 325° 20 to 25 minutes to set. Pour on Strawberry Filling (that has been cooked to thicken and Strawberries added). Cool completely and top with Cool Whip.
