    List of Ingredients


    • 3 fresh mint leaves
    • 3 ounces vodka
    • 1 ounce frozen passion fruit puree, thawed
    • juice of 1/2 lime
    • 1 egg white
    • ice
    • 2 ounces champagne or sparkling white wine


    Instructions


    1. Muddle 3 fresh mint leaves in shaker.
    2. Add vodka, passion fruit puree, lime juice, egg white and enough ice to fill the shaker. Shake vigorously for two minutes.
    3. Strain into glass, and top with champagne or sparkling white wine.
