    Southwest Cheddar Chipotle Popcorn

    List of Ingredients


    • 9 cups popped popcorn
    • 1 cup Wisconsin cheddar, powdered or very fine shred
    • 1 TB chipotle chilies, dry, ground
    • 1 TB cilantro, chopped
    • 2 oz butter, melted
    • 1 tsp popcorn salt
    • 1 brown paper shopping bag


    Instructions


    1. Place popped corn in bag and add melted butter and salt, close bag and shake vigorously. Add cheddar, chipotle and cilantro and shake vigorously. Enjoy!
