    Great for any occasion. An excellent crowd pleaser.

    List of Ingredients




    1 whole pumpernickel bread
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature0
    8 oz. wisepride cheese (room temperature
    1/4 can Beer

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese and wisepride cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add beer and mix well. Cut off the top of the pumpernickel bread and remove the inners to form a shell. Using to top and inner pieces of bread you removed, cut into chunks. Fill the shell with the dip and serve with the chunks of pumpernickel bread.
