    Our Family Favorite. Made from scratch using fresh pureed pumpkin. So much better tha the canned stuff!

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups cooked pumpkin
    2 Tablespoons flour
    2 Tablespoons of browned butter
    2 Tablespoon molasses (golden)
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    2 cups milk
    3 egg whites (beaten)

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients except the egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour into unbaked pumpkin shells and bake 10 minutes in 425 degree oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake until done. This makes 2 pies.
