    Very light dish. I like to serve with a side of steamed veggies and brown rice.

    List of Ingredients




    4 Talapia Fillets
    ground pepper
    3 ounces sherry
    2 Tablespoons melted butter ( I use Smart Balance)
    1/2 slice 100% whole wheat bread, grated
    paprika

    Recipe



    Prehet the oven to 375 degrees. Lay the talapia fillets in a baking dish. Season with a little freshly ground pepper to taste. Pour the sherry over the filets, then the melted butter. Grate the whole wheat bread over the fish fillets and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes. Fish should be nice and Flaky. Enjoy!
