    A great dish served with roasted baked potatoes.

    List of Ingredients




    7 lb. Roaster Chicken (pop up timer)
    2 Tablespoons Olive oil
    1 small onion chopped
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 cup strained tomatoes
    1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    Dried rosemary
    thyme
    sage
    basil
    oregano

    Recipe



    Heat oil in saucepan and add onion. Cook till tender. Add maple syrup, strained tomatoes, brown sugar, cider vinegar and lemon. Simmer on low 20 minutes Remove from heat and cool. Rinse roaster and pat dry. Place in roasting pan. Place all the herbs in cavity. Pour sauce over chicken and roast in 350 degree oven till done.
