    Egg Noodles

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups of flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 Tablespoon garlicsalt
    • 1 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. In mixing bowl put two cups of flour

    2. Add salt and pepper stir into flour, make a hole in the center of the flour.

    3. Drop the two eggs into the center of the flour. Mix and add enough water (two tablespoons) to be able to mix and make dough for noodles.

    4. Kneed dough on floured surface until smooth.

    5. Roll out on a floured surface. Roll with rolling pin until dough is thin.

    6. Allow dough to dry about an hour or two. Dust the rolled out noodles with flour. Roll up like you are making cinnimon rolls. Cut into thin strips and shake out the noodles as they are cut.

    7. Noodles are dropped into boiling turkey or chicken broth with chicken or turkey and cooked 20 min.



    Final Comments


    When cooking turkey and or chicken for the base of the noodles add a can of chicken broth. Cook the left over turkey overnight in the crock pot, cool and take off the bones. Strain in colinder to make sure there are no bones left in the broth and pull the cooled meat off the bones and add to the broth.
