    Also called huck-a-berry puddle. Good even hot out of the oven. Serves 6-8


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1 stick melted butter
    • 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 21oz can of blueberry pie filling ( or any other)
    • 12 oz container whipped topping


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together and press into 8x11 inch ovenproof dish.
    3. Mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar until smooth and pour over crumb layer. Bake until brown around the edges or about 20 minutes.
    4. Cool.
    5. Spread pie filling over cream cheese layer. Top with whipped topping, if desired.
