    Wisconsin Cranbeery Walnut Pie

    9" unbaked pie crust
    2 c. whole cranberries, washed and drained
    1 c. whole walnut halves
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Place cranberries and walnuts in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

    In a small mixing bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, butter, flour and salt. Mixture will be thick. Spread evenly over cranberries. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 - 65 minutes.
