    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing (your flavor choice)
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. Kraft mayo
    2 cans (6oz. ea) salmon, drained, skin & bones discarded
    1 T. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped green onions (tops included)
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Mix stuffing mix, water, mayo, cheese, onion, salmon & lemon juice. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Heat large non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat (I also use canola oil).

    Shape 1/3 cupfuls of the mixture into patties. Add to heated skilled in batches. Cook 3 minutes on each side until both sides are golden brown.

    Makes 12 patties.
