Barbeque Sauce & Baby Back Ribs

List of Ingredients
Sauce:
1 medium onion, diced
2 T. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 bottle of chili sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
Recipe
Saute onion in oil. Add remaining 6 ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes.
Ribs:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut ribs in sections. Salt & pepper both sides. Place in roaster, cover and bake 2 hours. Drain the liquid from the ribs. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bake for another 1 1/2 hours.
Ribs will be tender, falling off the bone and saturated with sauce!!
