    1 lb. hamburger, browned
    1 package taco seasoning, mixed with browned hamburger
    Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    Mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Press biscuits into and up the sides of a muffin pan. Add meat, cheese and other taco toppings, such as tomatoes and black olives. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
