    List of Ingredients

    3 lbs. small salad potatoees
    1 medium onion, chopped

    2 T. cornstarch
    1/2 lb. bacon

Discard all but approx. 2 T. bacon grease. Add the water, sugar and vinegar to reserved grease. Cook until sugar has dissolved and mixture is slowly boiling. Thicken to gravy consistency with the cornstarch in 1/4 c. water. When mixture has a clear appearance, pour over potato mixture. Peel and chop 2 hard boiled eggs.
