    List of Ingredients




    2 c. pretzels, coarsely ground
    1 1/2 sticks margarine (melted)
    8 oz. cream cheese (I use fat free)
    1 c. white sugar
    1 large tub Cool Whip (I use fat free)
    2 small pkgs. Strawberry Jello.
    2 c. pineapple juice.
    2 10oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed

    Recipe



    Add melted margarine to pretzels and press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool.

    Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Mix in Cool Whip. Spread mixture over pretzels.

    Dissolve Jello into boiling pineapple juice. Let cool. Add the strawberrie when cool and place in refrigerator until mixture thickens. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Serve upside down.
