1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 - 2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, flour & nuts. Chill dough enough so you can roll into small balls. Place on no-stick or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes; then roll in powdered sugar until well-coated. Store in cookie tin.
