    These are easy cookies that kids can help with and they dont require any baking. They are refreshing and different!!

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 boxes Ritz crackers
    1 can Lemon frosting
    2 lb 10 oz vanilla flavored candy coating
    1/4 tsp lemon flavor candy making oil

    Recipe



    Make sandwiches with crackers and frosting.
    Melt candy coating and add lemon flavoring. Dip
    sandwiches in melted mixture. Cool on waxed paper.
