Corn Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained well
2 cans cream style corn
2 pkgs Jiffy corn muffin mix
� c. melted butter or margarine
2 c. sour cream
Recipe
Mix ingredients well and put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375� for 40 � 50 minutes. May add shredded cheese to top of casserole during last few minutes of baking.
Note: I almost always half this recipe. In the halved one, I add 1 egg (beaten) even though the recipe doesn�t call for it. You may have to cook the halved recipe for 30 to 35 minutes. The whole recipe just makes too much.
