    Pro/Fat bread for Somersize program

    List of Ingredients




    6 egg whites
    4 egg yolks
    6 Tbls. sour cream (1/3 cup + 1 Tbl)
    *1/4 teas. cream of tartar (I decreased the amount from 1/2 tsp)

    Beat egg whites & cream of tartar till very stiff. Turn bowl upside down and if the whites don't slide, it's stiff enough.

    In a small bowl mix together the other ingredients. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whites. Rubber spatula works best.

    Spread in a greased 9x13 inch pan

    Bake for about *45 minutes (I increased the baking time from the original 30 min) in a 300 degree oven.
