2-3 frozen whole green chiles, seeded and wiped dry 1lb. grated Monterey
Jack cheese
12 eggs
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
Layer the chiles with the grated cheese in a buttered or greased 13X9X2
inch baking dish. Combine the eggs and sour cream and pour over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven until it puffs like a souffle'Recipe
