Cheeseburger Quiche

List of Ingredients
3/4 pound ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup water
6 ounces grated cheddar cheese (1 1/2 cups)
1 can of mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef and onion. Drain off grease. Add mushrooms and cook through. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, cream, water, cheese, salt and pepper. Put beef, onions and mushroom mixture in a greased pie pan. Pour egg mixture over ground beef mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until set and lightly brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. **NOTE: Can also substitute cooked chicken with Monterey Jack cheese. Add 2 T. salsa.
