    Chicken in Basil Cream

    4 chicken breasts
    3 tbsp butter
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup minced fresh basil
    1/8 tsp pepper

    Fry chicken in the butter until done. Remove chicken and keep warm. Add broth to the skillet, bring to boil, and stir to loosen browned bits from pan. Stir in cream. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Reduce heat and add Parmesan cheese, basil & pepper. Cook and stir until heated through. Pour over the chicken
