    Marinate two-three chicken breasts in 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup lime juice and a 1/4 cup of tequila. Add pressed garlic. Marinate for 2-4 hours. Cut up into bite-size pieces and grill with chopped onions. Stuff into red peppers and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. May top with some sour cream.
