    20 or so peeled shrimp
    2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    italian season - to your taste
    1\4 c. chicken broth
    parmesan- enough to thicken as you like

    Heat butter in pan and saute garlic and mushrooms until soft and garlic golden (not too done though) then add the shrimp and the italian season and saute until shrimp are cooked thhrough. Maybe 4 min or so. Then add the chicken broth and the cream and heat until hot- do not boil. Last add enough parmesan cheese until as thick as you like.
