    3-4 lb. rump roast
    1 8oz. can of tomato sauce
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 tsp. each of the following:
    salt
    pepper
    parsely
    garlic powder
    basil
    oregano
    Dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 package Italian salad dressing mix

    Put roast in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium high heat until mix comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and pour over roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or 4 hours on high.
