    STRAWBERRY CAKE, JUEL'S

    List of Ingredients




    o 1 box white cake mix (can also use strawberry)
    o 4 eggs slightly beaten
    o 1 C. cooking oil
    o 1 small (3 oz) pkg. strawberry Jello
    o 1/2 C. nuts, chopped
    o 1/2 C. coconut
    o1/2 C. frozen strawberries, thawed & drained
    oFROSTING:
    o1 box powdered sugar, sifted
    o3/4 stick oleo
    o1/2 C. strawberries, drained
    o1/2 C. nuts, chopped
    o1/2 C. coconut
    o(You may want to cut this icing recipe in half because it makes a HUGE amount of frosting.)

    Recipe



    1.Mix well with electric mixer.
    2.Bake 40-50 minutes at 350° in greased & floured 9x13 pan (can also use jelly roll pan).
