Korean marinated pork (or chicken, or beef)
Thin Slice chicken or pork or beef.
1/2onion sliced
1 medium carrots slice.
1 medium green pepper sliced
Marinade sauce
1/4cup soy sauce
4Tbsp sesame oil.
5Tbsp sugar.
3-4 cloves garlic minced
(If you like spicy add ground red pepper)
Recipe
Mix the sauce and marinade meat and vegetables about 2 to 4hours.
Stir-fry marinade meat with sauce.
Serve with white rice.
I usually don’t use any measuring spoon or cup. I’m kind of guessing how much spices and sugar oil and soy sauce needed.
So if too sweet or too salty use fewer less ingredients.
