    ORANGE GLAZED SWEET POTATO

    List of Ingredients




    1pound sweet potato
    3/4 cup orange juice
    1/2cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1Tbsp margarine
    2Tbsp grated orange peel
    1Tsp cinnamon
    1/4Tsp fresh grated nutmeg

    Recipe



    1.Heat oven to 350F.
    2.Slice potatoes about 1/8inch thick; spread evenly in an 8-inch square dish.
    3.Combine orange juice, brown sugar, margarine, orange peel, and nutmeg.
    4.Cover dish with foil or lid.
    5.Bake 1hour, until potatoes are tender.
