Chinese sweet sour chicken (pork)
4 Skinned Breast Chicken cut into pieces
1 1/2cup cornstarch.
Salt and pepper
FOR SAUCE
1/4cup ketchup
1 medium size pineapple can serve juice.
3Tbsp soy sauce
1/4cup sugar.
3Tbsp cornstarch
4 Pineapple slice cut 1/8 pieces
Recipe
1. Cut chicken breast into pieces little bit salt and pepper to taste, coat with cornstarch. Deep fly until crispy.
2. For sauce mix all ingredients, summer until thickened. If not enough thick mix cold water and cornstarch add to the sauce, then add pineapples.
3. Pour sauce to chicken serve with white rice.
I usually don’t use any measuring spoon or cup. I’m kind of
guessing how much spices and sugar oil and soy sauce needed.
So if too sweet or too salty use fewer less ingredients.
