    List of Ingredients




    TEMPURA DONBURI
    4 servings
    8 shrimp
    Green pepper.
    Broccoli
    Asparagus

    1egg
    11/4cup flour
    150cc cold water

    TEMPLA SAUCE

    1cup water.
    1Tbsp fish stock
    3Tbsp sugar
    4Tbsp soy sauce
    2Tbsp mirin or sake(optional)
    Mix all together then boil until sugar and fish stock are absorb

    Recipe




    1. Boil broccolis and asparagus in the hot boiling water about 5min then drain.
    2. About shrimp, cut few places in meddle of shrimp.
    3. Mix well egg, flour and cold water in bowl.
    4. Medium high heat fry oil, dip shrimp to the flour mixture, deep fry until golden brown. (Continue same to the vegetables)
    5. Shrimp and vegetable templa is top on the hot cooked white rice and pour sauce over it.
