Chicken & Stuffing Casserole
List of Ingredients
4 cups stuffing mix
1 can chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
Recipe
In a large pan add broth, onion & celery. Heat over med-high heat until vegetables tender (about 5 min.) Add stuffing mix & stir lightly. Spoon evenly in middle of shallow baking dish, leaving space for chicken breasts on each side. In a small bowl mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and chopped parsley; pour over the chicken. Cover and bake in a 400 ° oven for 15 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes more, or until the chicken is done.
