    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    1 pound brown sugar
    2 cups self-rising flour
    2 cups pecans, chopped
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    powdered sugar


    Recipe



    Beat eggs well. Add brown sugar and mix well, cook together on low heat just till sugar melts. Cool. Add flour and pecans that have been dredged in some of the flour. Add vanilla. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 300° for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool if desired.
