    5-6 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1-14oz.can evaporated milk
    dash salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla1
    1 1/2 quart milk

    BEAT EGGS SUGAR TOGETHER. (SUGAR WILL HELP BREAK EGGS APART) ADD EVAPORATED MILK, SALT, AND VANILLA. MIX WELL, ADD MILK. MAKE IN4-QUART FREEZER. **NOTE :FRESH OR CANNED FRUITS MAY BE USED. IF FRUIT IS TART, INCREASE AMOUNT OF SUGAR. WHEN FRUIT IS USED, LESS MILK MAY BE NEEDED.
