    Peaches 'N Cream Cheese Pie

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 C All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    3 oz Package of Vanilla Pudding Mix ( not instant )
    3 Tbs Butter or Margarine
    1 Egg
    1/2 C Milk
    1 Can Sliced Peaches (20-29 oz) Reserve Juice
    8 oz Package Cream Cheese, Softened
    1/2 C Sugar

    Topping
    1 Tbs Sugar
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon



    Recipe



    Combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Then pour into a 9 or 10 inch deep dish pie that has the sides and bottom greased. Place the fruit over the batter. Combine in a small bowl, the cream cheese, sugar, and 2 Tbs of the reserved juice, beat 2 minutes. Spoon to within one inch of the edge of the batter. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Refrigerate for a few hours before cutting. Pineapple may be substituted for peaches.
