    CHICKEN AND NOODLES

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz.(4 1/2 cups) uncooked wide egg noodles
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tbsp. oil
    10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 cups milk
    2 cups, cubed, cooked chicken
    9-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper




    Recipe



    Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water.

    Heat oven to 350º. In large skillet over medium heat cook celery and onion in oil until tender. Stir in soup, milk, chicken, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Add cooked noodles, stirring gently. Spoon into ungreased

    2-quart casserole. cover; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
