    3 LBS. CHICKEN
    MILK TO COVER CHICKEN 3-4 CUPS.
    1/2 t. TABASCO SAUCE
    1 1/2 C. FLOUR
    1 T. SALT
    1 t. BLACK PEPPER
    2 t. PAPRIKA
    2 t. GARLIC POWDER
    2 t. POULTRY SEASONING
    2 C. OIL
    2 T. BUTTER




    Recipe



    PUT THE CHICKEN IN BOWL AND ADD MILK TO COVER IT. ADD TABASCO AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR.

    COMBINE FLOUR AND SEASONINGS IN HEAVY PAPER BAG. SHAKE TO BLEND. REMOVE CHICKEN PIECES FROM MILK. SHAKING OFF EXCESS LIQUID. DROP CHICKEN PIECES ONE AT A TIME IN THE BAG. SHAKE UNTIL WELL COATED.

    HEAT OIL AND BUTTER TO 350 °. COOK PIECES UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN ON EACH SIDE 25-30 MINUTES. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS
