    Caramel Corn

    10 oz pkg Popcorn
    2 sticks Margarine
    1 lb Brown sugar
    1/2 C White Karo syrup
    1 tsp Soda
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

    Recipe



    Pop corn, getting out unpopped corn. Put in a large roaster pan.
    In a large saucepan (after it reaches boiling stage), boil 5 minutes the margarine, brown sugar, and Karo. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Pour hot syrup mixture over corn and mix well.
    Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour.
