    1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake mix
    16 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. liquid egg substitute
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves

    Glaze:
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. orange extract
    1 tbsp. Water

    Preheat oven to 350 deg. In a large mixing bowl mix all cake ingredients, beat for 3 minutes. Pour batter into a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2" jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 23 minutes. When bars are cool and just before serving, frost bars with glaze. Glaze only the portion of the bars that will be eaten, as this dessert does not keep well once the glaze is put on.

    Makes 30 bars.
