Recipe Introduction
Makes a very large drink mug FULL. More ice cream than you could imagine eating. It actually tastes like sherbet.
List of Ingredients
1/3 c. powdered fat free milk
2 pkts. Equal
1 c. flavored water of choice (or fruit flavored soft drink)
1/2 tsp. sugar free Jell-o, flavor to match the liquid

In a blender combine all but ice cubes. Use whip speed until well blended and foamy. Start adding ice cubes, 2 or 3 at a time (takes quite a few, depending on the size of the cubes), till the mixture is the consistency of ice cream. Then increase speed to maximum till really creamy.
Makes 1 lg. serving.
