    Seven Layer Bars -- Serves 20

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 Cup Butter
    • 1-1/2 Cups Graham Crackers crumbs
    • 6 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
    • 6 oz Butterscotch Chips
    • 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 1 -1/3 Cups Shredded Flaked Coconut


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Melt butter in a 13x9 pan on the stovetop, swirl to coat bottom and sides of pan.

    3. Add cracker crumbs, press into pan with fingers.

    4. Sprinkle on layers of coconut, coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips.

    5. Pour condensed milk coating evenly.

    6. Bake until edges are golden brown about 25 minutes.

    7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
