Squash Casserole

List of Ingredients

3 c. diced, peeled yellow squash
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Bisquick
pepper to taste




Recipe

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Butter bottom and sides of pie plate and pour mixture in. Bake in
moderate oven (350 degrees) for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown.
